Scandinavian* design is a term that originated in the 1950s. The term was established in the USA in connection with the traveling exhibition "Design in Scandinavia", which was shown at a lot of museums in the United States and Canada. The period and the term created good impression of Nordic design that still stands , and still
helps to give Norwegian designers a good international reputation. The term is therefore still.
Skandinavia= Norway, Sweeden and Danmark
Whiten natural colors , modest dimensions and smallholder like canvas or soft natural colored leather. The Nordic light , soft and light decor style attracted international attention and was in large parts of the world seen as a symbol of ' new everyday life .
